Hello everyone, I am the youngest girl in the factory.
The formation process of graphite in cast iron is called graphitization process. 
This process can be divided into three stages:
The first stage is the liquid phase hypoeutectic crystallization stage. 
Including, directly crystallizing primary graphite from 
the liquid phase of hypereutectic composition, 
crystallizing austenite plus graphite from the liquid phase of eutectic composition, 
formed by the decomposition of primary cementite and 
eutectic cementite during high temperature annealing of graphite.
The intermediate stage is the stage between 
the eutectic transformation and the hypoeutectoid transformation. 
Including the direct precipitation of secondary graphite 
from austenite and the graphite formed by the decomposition 
of secondary cementite in this temperature range.
The third stage is the eutectoid transformation stage. 
It includes eutectoid graphite formed during 
eutectoid transformation and graphite formed by decomposition 
of eutectoid cementite during annealing.
