After I have put on the dust cap, dust mask and gloves,
I start the quality control work.
1、In the process of manual screening,
we need to screen the defective products
with holes and poor shape in the inoculation block.
We put these substandard inoculum products
into recycling bins for re-melting.
2、We put this shape in good condition
and put it into a qualified product bucket.
You see a lot of products on this stage now.
The product in this qualified bucket is only a shallow layer.
The workers have to fill the entire barrel,
which is 100 kilograms.
A ton is required to fill 10 blue buckets.
It can be said that a batch of spheroidizers with qualified quality
must be produced through two major processes:
processing and production,
manual screening.
